meet Sunny

Sunny is a small operation making plush characters with a lot of feelings. Every plush is made in small batches — which is the polite way of saying we make a handful at a time, by hand, and when a run sells out it genuinely is gone until we make more.

There are six characters so far. They are all having a slightly different kind of day.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once it leaves us, delivery usually takes a few days more depending on where you are.

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and it is free on orders over $40.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. An 8-inch plush is light but bulky, and international postage costs more than the plush — we would rather not surprise you with that.

If a plush is marked preorder, the ship-by date is shown on the product before you buy. Mixed orders ship together once every item is ready.

You will get a confirmation email as soon as your payment goes through, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement — that is the carrier system catching up, not a lost parcel.

If it has been more than a few days with no scan, email us and we will chase it.

If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in the state it arrived in.

If it arrived damaged, faulty, or simply is not what you ordered, that one is on us — we cover return postage and you get a full refund or a replacement, whichever you would rather. Send a photo and we will sort it without making you jump through hoops.

If you have just changed your mind, the return postage is yours to cover.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes another 5–10 days to actually show it.

The short version: we collect what is needed to send you a plush, and nothing else.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. Your card number never touches this website and we never see or store it.

What we store. Your email, shipping address, and what you ordered — kept so we can fulfil the order and help if something goes wrong. This lives in our database, hosted by Supabase.

Reviews. If you leave one, the name and text you submit become public once approved. Do not put anything in there you would not want visible.

Fonts. Typefaces are served from this site, not from a third party. No font provider sees your IP address.

What we do not do. No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no selling your data to anyone.

Want your data removed? Email us and we will delete it, minus anything we are legally required to keep for tax records.

By ordering from this shop you are agreeing to the following.

Products. Every plush is hand-made, so small variations between one plush and the next are normal and not a defect. Photos are as accurate as we can make them; screens vary.

Prices and availability. Prices are in USD and may change. If something sells out between you adding it to your cart and paying, we refund that item in full.

Orders. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent.

Discount codes. One code per order. Codes do not apply to bundles, because bundles are already discounted.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — TODO owner].
